Return Policy & Exchange
You have 7 days from the time it has been delivered to return an item in its original condition with all tags attached. There is a 15% restocking fee on any items that are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, there are no returns on special orders or any items that have been engraved or are custom orders. We cannot refund the cost of shipping and if you return it for any reason it will not include the cost of shipping, just the price of the item. If you would like to process an eligible item for a refund, please contact us at [email protected] to process your return. Please note, the item must be shipped back 7 days from delivery date. Regarding custom orders, initial necklaces, initial bracelets, initial rings or any personalized goods, they are final and non-refundable, unless there has been some error on our part, or the piece is damaged.
