U.S. Orders:

Shipping time depends on the availability of the item at the time of order. If you'd like to know processing time time for a particular item, please email us at [email protected]. We usually ship USPS First Class, which takes about 3-7 business days for delivery in the U.S. If you have a deadline you'd like to receive your item by, please send us an email for details on upgrades.

Upgrades for FedEx/UPS guaranteed 2-day delivery are available and can be selected prior to checkout without separate invoicing. It is generally not an issue, but the USPS cannot guarantee delivery dates so if you need a guaranteed date, FedEx/UPS is the best option. Please note, SHIPPING UPGRADES DO NOT INCREASE PRODUCTION TIME, ONLY SHIPPING TIME. Therefore, selecting priority shipping will only speed up the time it takes for you to receive your delivery. We still require the same amount of time to process production. You will receive tracking information as soon as your item/items ship. Please consult with your local post office for delayed or missing packages. We will ship to the address provided, and are not responsible for actual delivery as it is out of our control once it has left our shipping facility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders will be shipped via USPS. Delivery can take up to 7-15 business days and does not include any delay in customs.
